well in boys!

Good win today.

Momo was monstrous.

Seeing Bellamy play just makes me think how good he will be for us. He is such an unselfish player too.

And Rafa played a blinder today too :D

Monster!

and while I'm at it... people go on about the 10 games we played v's Chelsea last 2 years, and 5 wins to 'em. We are chipping away at that nicely.

2 wins in a row now, including that massive win in the FA Cup. And I think from our last 5 games v's them, we've won 2, drawn 2 and lost 1.

Momo Sissoko Dominated midfield for the majority of the day on his own. It's a good thing ballack went off early cause I'd say Momo would have frustrated him so much he would have been sent off. An amazing display. I dont mean to be jumping the gun but he has the potential to go on and be one of the best in the world. No doubt about that.

There was nothing wrong with Ballack - apart from his bottle had gone. Our young Momo totally bossed him.

Is right. The biggest thing out of today is Rafa just fecked with Jose's head. Jose with all the talk of "If they can't beat us when we're 50% they'll be disappointed", so Rafa puts Stevie, Xabi, Sami, Bellamy on the bench and wins...not just win, but we dominated. Fantastic stuff!

Momo comparing with Essien makes me laugh very hard. The rent boys splashed so many millions and we got a much better and important player for a bargain!

The Essien I saw at the WC suprised me, seems he's not allowed to play like that for the Chavs.

Nevertheless, Momo is obviously one of THE bargain buys of the century!

He's only 21 as well, y'know!

not gonna get carried away like, we didn't domiante ;) But over the 90 mins, I think we edged it, and probably shoulda been 2 nil up before they got their 1st. The best spell they had was start of the 2nd half, and once we contained that, we came back pretty strong. Solid performance more than anything, with some nice little moments to give us an idea of what is to come.

very pleasing and a wonderful start to the day.

my 5 yo and I were going bonkers after Crouch scored and he is runnung around singing "we beat the Chavs 2-1" much to his mother's annoyance.

Aurelio looks like he could be a bit special and that Gerrard kid that we brought on might just turn out to be a decent player.

At half time I wa sthinking this was the kind of game we'd have lost a couple of seasons ago or even last season.

Great effort from the lads.

Here we go - Jose is on now. He reckons we have had more of a pre-season and so his teams performance was understandable and in fact very satisfying. Other than that, he was pretty gracious. Apparently Chelsea had "much more" possession than us.

Is that what you think happened? Brilliant for future clashes if true.

Momo certainly scares the s*** out of me! He's just :cool::cooler:

Daniel Agger's performance shouldn't go unnoticed aswell. He was very very good today. And he has had no pre-season practice. Things are looking good.

I believe it 100%.

Momo had battered him and he sh** himself.

I think you're right, Moaninho even looked defensive when asked about it on sky, 'he's injured for sure it was clear to see...' as if he was expecting the question 'did you think your major signing was just bitch slapped by the young liverpool midfielder nad then bottled it?'

I thought he was excellent too. Very able back-up for Sami who'll play fewer games this season imo.

aye, good shout that. Dagger had a decent game, looked composed. Only times he wasn't quite there was with the offside trap, but that is fairynuff, he's not played for ages.

I like his passing as well, that'll be a really telling part of his game for us. Really nice to see a central defender who can pick a pass.

Yeah, Ballack just s*** himself and went off.

Agger played well today I thought, very good with the ball at his feet.

Bellamy...fast? Jeez! And to see him mouthing off when Terry blocked his run on the wing was great, I imagine him saying something along the lines of "You cockney t***ts can't stop me". :D

Think football365.com called it right - "A beautifully-taken debut goal from Andriy Shevchenko will have been small consolation for Chelski on an afternoon in which they were flattered by a 2-1 defeat to Liverpool."
