Guest Red Mist Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Finally Italy do the right thing and drop that overrated turd Totti for the much more talented Del Piero.
Zoob Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 The FIFA Official match centre says that he's not on FIFA's official injury list, so could still come on - though I've been thinking about this and what would be the point of putting anyone on it, might as well keep all options open. Would he be allowed to take his crutches onto the pitch? could be useful. Would be even better if the crutches were just a ruse, but unfortunately I doubt that's the case...
Nebraska Red Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Kewell injured. Never saw that coming. How unlucky can one player be, with the possible exception of Smicer.
Stevie H Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 guus hiddink can do anything. he knocked out italy last world cup didn't he?
Guest Red Mist Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Damn, hard luck Aussies and Harry. I'm going to stick my neck out and suggest the Socceroos will LOSE without the Wizard of Oz in their team.
Bigal Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Don't think Harry will be involved at all, they showed him arriving at the ground on crutches earlier. It could an dead herring, and they italians will look at the bench and see kewell on crutches, think he isnt playing, only for harry to appear from nowehere and score 4 goals in the last 5 minutes........ By the way, I am shocked that australia have dropped the keeper from the croatia game. SHOCKED!!!
Romario Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 What is Kewell going to do long term? His groin seems shot.
Knox_Harrington Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Gattuso + Neill = cardsNeill hasn't displayed his skills on this worldwide stage yet. I expect a genuine f***ing shocker of a tackle from him (possibly on Del Piero) this afternoon. I'll be disappointed if one isn't forthcoming.
sutty Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 He might put in a "reducer" on Gattuso. Though there is little point.
Bigal Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 by the way, wilkshire is a s***house aswell love the phrase "the reducer"
sutty Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 bet everton sign that yard-dog grella. Now he... is.... rubbish.
sutty Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 he's the new lee carsley. The old one is still hanging around like a massive annoying slaphead.
Stevie H Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 The old one is still hanging around like a massive annoying slaphead. give it ten years and lee carsley will be a dead ringer for that gurning little slaphead who benny hill used to pour custard over.
Boca Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 It could an dead herring, and they italians will look at the bench and see kewell on crutches, think he isnt playing, only for harry to appear from nowehere and score 4 goals in the last 5 minutes........ By the way, I am shocked that australia have dropped the keeper from the croatia game. SHOCKED!!! Something fishy going on there.
BDB Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 schwarzer doing well so far, way better than eh the imposter spiderman..
Stevie H Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 anything happened yet? and why the good f*** can't ITV stream matches it covers like the BBC does? is it due to the unique way in which the BBC is funded?
Gilps Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 anything happened yet? Australia having a lot of possession without really doing much with it. Italy had a few chances on the break. Gilardino has fecked up a couple of decent chances.
Rimbeux Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 anything happened yet? and why the good f*** can't ITV stream matches it covers like the BBC does? is it due to the unique way in which the BBC is funded? ITV are a two bob organisation who probably cry at the sound of the word digital
