Shows a pretty poor understanding of Arsenal's finances that 'article'. Isn't it this year that the Arsenal are beginning to actually sell the flats they've developed at Highbury? Assuming the woes in the property market haven't hurt them too much that'll be a much needed income stream that will cut the debt enormously. Spurs fans are odd.
