  1. Phil McNulty just tweeted this, anyone know any details? Sir Alex Ferguson attacks former England manager Graham Taylor & Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish in his programme notes for Arsenal tie. #fb He has elaborated. And on Dalglish: "Kenny Dalglish looked to be lecturing me in the papers about the need to respect referees...cont #fb web • 12/03/2011 15:22 "perhaps forgetting not so long ago his players were tweeting critically all over the place about Howard Webb." #fb web • 12/03/2011 15:22
  2. He would be able to make even more out of the transfers then.
  3. Carra was refused entry to the Utd dressing room to apologise according to the Guardian
  4. I thought when he went to them he would be busting his hole, new lease of life etc but he has been putting in the effort of a hung over Berbatov. Maybe he is one of these players that has got all the dough he needs and can't be arsed anymore. f*** him, in any case.
  5. I am disappointed Merson didn't mention anyone "bombing on".....
  6. Oliver Kay tweet Total media black-out from MUFC after defeat at Anfield. Even MUTV blanked. Pretty pathetic, really
  7. From Guardian - 4) Nani is still the kid in the playground Maybe that's a little harsh and to give him his due Nani, who was taken off on a stretcher at the end of the first half, was entitled to be upset by Jamie Carragher's tackle. And the impact of football studs on flesh – at speed – can be painful in the extreme. And maybe Nani's head was still a little blurred by his accidental contribution to Liverpool's second goal. But crying? Bryan Robson never cried. Roy Keane never cried. Heck, we never even saw tears from Cristiano Ronaldo, the man who wrote the book on football prima donnas. Sorry to sound unsympathetic, but this is not a fixture in which to start blubbing. Don't think for one second that Sir Alex Ferguson was giving Nani a cuddle and passing him chocolate drops in the dressing room. As Tommy Smith growled in the pressbox: "It's Liverpool against Manchester United, for Christ's sake."
  8. Just a pity 5 months of the season was wasted. Thanks Roy
  9. Even when we have been ahead against the Mancs in the past there was always a sense of foreboding that they would come back really strong (with a Howard Webb type figure lurking to lend a hand) but I didnt have that at all today, it was so comfortable.
  10. Typical f***ing Goons.
  11. Tweets from Sid Lowe Points worth making given (understandably) recurring Q: 1.Intrvw done at Sp camp (as is made clear) & in Sp. 2. Timing not Reina's fault. Twitter for BlackBerry® • 05/03/2011 12:40 3. There were only two other options for days to run intrvw. 4. Provisional decision taken before content even known. Twitter for BlackBerry® • 05/03/2011 12:41 5. Entirely natural to run intrvw with LFC player as part of preview to this game (regardless of content). 6. Does it really make much diff?
