Should have taken the ban when it was dished out ffs and got it over with, absorbed by possibly 4 cup games. You think the FA handed this out for a bit of craic? they were sending a message out to the world, as mentioned in their report "damaging the image of the English game" or some such s***.

As much as I think Suarez got royally f***ed over I would be inclined to take the punishment, beat Oldham and that is four cup games out of the 8 (City twice), the other games are not too taxing. Get him ready for a storming end of season. I think they have no chance with the appeal.

Just to clarify, I meant "give up" as in realise it isn't going to work out at Liverpool, I think he, like any player, will be backed unless he is being a total dick and not trying when he does get a chance. Would love to see him working out but dont think it will for various reasons, the King will have the final say and that's alright by me.
