i wouldn't blame 'the draws', it doesn't take into account the different ways we have contrived to draw this season that have been the problem. 0-0's i've got no massive problem with, every title challenging team has to expect a few games where we don't manage to break teams down, especially with our limited bench. the major issue for me is the score draws, where have these come from? everton, wigan, hull, man city, these are the real bad ones. hull was poor because once we'd been kicked into life the players ran out of ideas totally, and eventually lost faith in each other, stopped passing and just had pot shots. if we'd had a crouch/heskey option we would have won imo (same for WHU at home). Everton we were panicking for the last 15, partly to do with the crowd, partly because of the lack of pace/brains up front, carra went missing, benayoun dived in, we concede the most damaging goal of the season. Wigan, same thing almost, the back 4 panicked like you wouldn't believe for that goal, and Lucas (who has always got a big mistake in him), tries to stop him at all costs. No need. City, don't know really, i wasn't there so wouldn't like to comment too much, but the goal is another soft one.
