Don't think we need any new players, think we need to get the players we have playing like a team, showing a bit of grit and determination. We know they're good enough, they're just not showing it on the pitch at the moment. There seems to be a lack of belief. Can't we spend next season's transfer kitty on belief, determination and passion?
