News from the financial struggles at Hull is that Turner was sold to Sunderland for £4 million with only £2.8 going to Hull. We made inquries but couldn't scrabble together £4 million.....That's crazy for a Champions League club! Rafa is not getting much luck at the moment, not always making the right decisions, but even a modest financial outlay this year should have resulted in an additional striker and defender. He has consistently got us into to the CL which gains extra finance and whilst we are not necessarily expecting top table signings, surely Negredo and Turner from the Keane monies and Alonso profits was a possibility. Look what you've done Gillett and Hicks, look what you've done, now you can't even afford to sack the manager!

Voronin has been so poor, I would even prefer Babel right now and slot either Kuyt or Benny in behind Torres.

No no no. We had the better chances, but wasted them and for a change Arsenal didn't. Didn't get a penalty + poor offside decision + Plessis and Spearing ineffective + Babel awful, but otherwise even Voronin can take some credit. Arsenal tried to let us back in, in customary style, but Babel declined their offer!

The reason Johnson has been impressive is Kuyt in front of him, the thought of Babel protecting the right . Against lesser teams maybe, but not Chelsea!
