They would even things up like their fans had told. They would not so bold to give every decisionn their way. They are not so foolish. Once they in desperate need they will get one. Once the game is over the opponents has some favouraible decision.

And they only have a dozen of referees. We see their face every week. And FA only increases the numbers of substitutions this season after the rants by Alex Ferguson. Rafa is right. FA is listening to Alex Ferguson only.
-
They didnt commit them suddenly they had been doing this all along. They were escaped because the referee was scared to penalise their big and multi-millionaire player when the players and their manager confronted them during and after the game on and out of the pitch.

Fulham. Please go bankrupt and vanish from History

I think credits go to Murphy for his contributions in this game for standing up boldly to slot the penalty in and didnt even finish the game by being injured. Go on Murphy and Fulham. -
I just logged on, cant believe this result. It's too good to believe.

If we just wrote off the ressies after a poor run of games, we'll not see Jay today. A lots of ressies did have a lots of potentials, I believe this is not just Jay alone. Darby, Nemeth..are knocking on the doors. It would be no points having ressies if we dont give them a go at first team. We need to have confidences and give them time and exposure and they will learn a lots more by training with the first team.

Fulham had rolled over in the last game against Mancs and they will roll over again to Mancs next week after they got a win out of Bolton today. Fulham has the most gutless manager and Andy is right ranting about them. I'd hope they'd better relegate themselves at the end of this season for the good of football. I hope once they lost to Mancs next game, they'll lost no ends. And Blackburn please stay up for your fights against the Mancs. -
I think we have all forgotten a while ago he could be a decent option at RB.

Amazing, for his time for 18 years at the club we never win league ONCE, even struggle for 2nd place. Managers like Souness and Evans are given 9 years combining years at this club. Surely he played some parts in this schit.
-
Actually Rafa had signed few quality forwards in Bellamy and Crouch who unfortunately didnt turn out to be for non footballing reasons and he only allowed Pongolle go because he had Bellamy. I think it's just too early to call Reira not top quality yet because he had just joined and until a season is over we have better look on him. Im sure Ngog have just proven to be more than potential, and there are the likes of Nemeth, Pachecho who you surely cant write off yet.

To associate Rafa's contract negotiations with those of Owen's is a big insult to Rafa's integrity. If he wants to walk, he can just simply tell everyone he wants to go, as everyone is aware of the political struggle at the top of the club. He doesnt need to dwell on his demands and rejects so many times, he just can walk anytime.

We dont know what his wages demands are like and the real stories going behind the scenes.
-
And it's not his demands are unreasonable. Demanding more control over transfer policy and more control over academy is what every other Premier League manager are doing? what's wrong with that?
-
What's wrong with his demands? He just want what the other managers has.

I fancy Villa, think at least they'' not lose.

Tony Evans on Steven Gerrard (The Times)
Berger replied to meredithmathieson's topic in Liverpool FC
Im one of the fans who have greatest admiration and affection for the captain. He's a legend and he's the greatest player/local/scouser to put on a red shirt. May he stay at the club until 10 years later and many years to come. Stevie the best! -
Rafa has an eye in spotting the best defender. He was linked with Agger and Vidic. He opted for Agger. Vidic went to ManU. If we were to let Agger leave, we were end up with losing both Vidic and Agger. In finance sense, it is clear Agger would probably get the wages of his demands of around 60k in Milan or even at other clubs if he didnt get it at Liverpool. We tied him at a contract would make much more finance sense because his transfer value are going to be high. About first team opportunity he demands he clearly is good enough to command a regular place.
-
Am I right in thinking Liverpool is the only club who gave a split role to manager who is responsible for footballing side and another personnel who is responsible for academy set-up? What is it like the setup at ManU, Arsenal and Chelsea then?
-
He is clearly underplayed or underused in the last weeks. Rafa could see his fitness level not up to it then or too risky to throw him in the deep end against Bluenose. But the results against Bluenose showed how disappointing were Skrtel. Agger clearly deserves more games from now towards the end of the season.

I thought Dossena play a part in that game, coming on for someone, if I remebered correctly, for Pirlo.

You cant use Barry's transfer to dismiss his credibility. It's everyone news we had bid from 12m to 16m a few times turned down. We may decide not worth or too big a risk to bid up to 18m to meet their valuations. Who knows at the ends what caused it and happened behind the scene for us to pull a plug on it?

Snorky is the most reliable source here and got plenty of them right before they materialised. I for one would have no doubt he passed it on good faith. In the Snorky book some things are probably going to happen but surely if he got 100% things correct afterwards, he would not be here rather on betting on what the lottery numbers willi be tomorrow.
-
Why left out Torres? I thought he is fit? Are you serious in not starting him when he's fit?
-
To be fair to Parry, he might try to get the best deal out of it. Spurs may not up the price that meets our valuations last minute.
