I think half the problem with this is the (lack of) PR from the club over the new ground. Most people are basing their posts on rumour, guesswork and the spin from those opposed to the new ground. This is where the club often falls short, by not informing the fan base of what is happening with the club. ...but then we are only customers aren't we?

You need to remember that you can't criticise Rafa, he's the Messiah and never does anything wrong - even in hindsight I believe. Managing anybody is a two way street, the important thing is for the Manager to believe he has tried everything he can to improve someone's performance before getting rid.

We/ve managed to transport that passion to Istanbul, Cardiff, Rome, Paris to name a few other venues, what's to say it can't also be moved to Stanley Park? The point I was making, which you obviously missed, was that Rafa is indeed a great manager, but this doesn't mean he is infallible. He does occasionally make mistakes, and as fans we are allowed to have different opinions on players. Just because we think Rafa may want Defoe doesn't make him a world class player. and who mentioned "The Frenchman"?
