The Polish West Brom Goalie is having a good season too. What a story Dudek's is. He goes from being the star of the CL final with a miraculous last minute save and then heroics in the penalty shoot-out to being 3rd choice. The lad hasn't had one game this season. I hate to say it but he is exactly what Utd need and would be a great signing for them. I am not sure we don't need a tough tackling lad like Barton. Gerrard's can get forward more Xabi is a ball player and Sissoko while excellent at getting a foot in lacks control and discipline. Barton reminds me of a Roy Keane, David Batty type who gets suck in but is useful on the ball too. He certainly never seems to go missing in games.

He's been very good this season and if we don't get him the Mancs could certainly use him as a replacement for Keane. Rafa is keen to have a squad that gives him options and having 4 central midfielders like Gerrard, Alonso, Sissoko and Hamman give us a lot of options to rotate and rest players when needed. However, how long will Didi continue. IMO Gerrard and Alonso could have been rested yesterday if we had reliable back up. They both looked a fraction of their normal selves as they did last Sunday. Remember last season we had Stevie and Xabi injured at the same time.

I much prefer Milan over Moro and Cisse, but he's not a box player. Where we miss Milan is his ingdustry and making things out of nothing. His workrate was superb, he just didn't look up enough.

We need Fowler in the penalty area. So many times balls get played in or are spilled by the keeper and we have no-one to put them away. Robbie generally is the type of player that needs few opportunities. He has proven many times over his career he can score hat-tricks in minutes. When is the last time we had a forward player who scored a hat-trick?
