It is totally different, Mascherano is limited to a certain type of role, that of a holding midfielder, granted he is superb at it, but he is limited in his assets. Reina doesn't need to be able to head the ball, Mascherano, to be classed as a limitless player needs to be able to do everything outfield. He cant. Therefore he is limited. He plays his limitations extremely well though.

Mascherano was brilliant again today, he was even driving forward looking to create. Its not often I am wrong but I hold my hands up with him

He might be ugly but he has a Champions league medal, 5 or 6 prem medals, couple of FA cups, he hasn't been dealt that bad a hand.

He is limited. He is not the best going forward and creating, but thats not to say he isn't a good player, he has proved to be good at what he does, very good actually and his attitude seems superb, he is constantly on the go and a born winner, but to say he has no limitations is wrong in my opinion.

Keane would crawl over broken glass to play for us too. I would have him here before Kuyt, Voronin or Crouch. Good player and loads of experience.

Dear oh f***ing dear. What a load of absolute b******s this is. He let us down did he? There are some awful points made on this thread but this is the worst. He didn't have his best game, was by no means our worst player and yet, 'he let us down' 100% commitment and effort, if thats letting us down then I hope he continues to be a disappointment.

Another massive mis-communication down to Parry. The fella is not competent enough to be running the club. He commands no respect amongst the fans, imagine what people from other clubs think when they deal with him. He has nearly cost us the manager and captain now.
