He was in line to start but was made to stand down. A less than amicable disagreement in opinions with Bolo led to fisticuffs as the latter go karted his way to victory which bestowed him a starting berth.

I remember him saying the manager asking him to cut in more, which was something his previous managers had never asked of him before. Maybe he's still trying to take those instructions on board and realign himself with his usual style of play.
