    Theres significant distance between 'create a ring of steel whatever it costs' and 'could we have put more resources into the road closure management' But, there was a council report done and they said it was all ok, so don't know why I'm getting involved tbh

    Not sure what to make of Slot ordering Gomez to delay the throw in and get everyone forward for a long throw. Is that the best we can do with the ball. Maybe.

    I guess that's how it looks when players are disengaged from the coaches. Most of the time they are demotivated by the tactical plan/training, but then they rise to the occasion when circumstances dictate. Plus the fact that one of our biggest failings has been to win physical battles, and is less of an issue Vs a team like RM

    I don't mean that any single decision has been desperate. I mean the timing and the scattergun approach has lacked authority. The thing about it taking weeks to drop Salah is exactly my point. Meanwhile Konate keeps his place. He's looked weak IMO with his team selections and substitutions.

    When a manager plays that card he has to do it sparingly and tactfully, and get a reaction. It's felt desperate and without authority from Slot.
