I'd go so far as to say that you can no longer differentiate English cities by fashion culture. The Madchester scene was probably the last time anything like that happened. I'm probably missing what happens with the Rap and Grime kids these days but i don't think theres one city with its own subculture any more. I was in Stratford on Avon this weekend.
