There's no way they give pen for that is there ? No f***in way.

Not sure what to make of Slot ordering Gomez to delay the throw in and get everyone forward for a long throw. Is that the best we can do with the ball. Maybe.

Harsh

I guess that's how it looks when players are disengaged from the coaches. Most of the time they are demotivated by the tactical plan/training, but then they rise to the occasion when circumstances dictate. Plus the fact that one of our biggest failings has been to win physical battles, and is less of an issue Vs a team like RM

I don't mean that any single decision has been desperate. I mean the timing and the scattergun approach has lacked authority. The thing about it taking weeks to drop Salah is exactly my point. Meanwhile Konate keeps his place. He's looked weak IMO with his team selections and substitutions.

When a manager plays that card he has to do it sparingly and tactfully, and get a reaction. It's felt desperate and without authority from Slot.

The simplest explanation is that over time his management has got on their t***.

This. If he's not central then it's a waste of talent.

To be fair, few of them are making a case to be automatic picks.

Wouldn't be surprised if teams make offers. Strategically it would be the time to sell. Not saying I want the club to, but with 18 months left on his deal, it's the only time we might get a substantial fee and be able to buy another 2 wingers.

Why does perplexity do this to me. AI can get in the bin.

There's 4 teams 2 nil up at half time today. I was just thinking how nice that would be. You have to go back to Liverpool 2-1 vs Wolves on February 16 for the last time we were in that position of strength.

I'm really glad this is today. Get it out of the way. Leave Sunday to ignore all media and try to live a shell of a life.

Losing here won't be as bad as Forest, or Man U, or when we get beat by Everton.

Sad the way this is playing out. The club needs to act quickly

I can see the advantages of having no losses and saying that's all in the past.

Never mind 15 game winning runs. 3 defeats every 6 or 7 games so far this season in the league. What would represent a modest improvement over the next 7 league games ? Only 2 losses ?

The 440m should have been invested in Gold.

I can finally drive round in a Volvo, listen to Abba and eat a bowl of Swede

I think there will be bids for him in January.

This is generous.
