Think you will find that he underwrote the rights issue that paid for the centenary stand bringing his shareholding to 51% n(not sure what from) so not sure how you can state that he has not received shares for works done at the club nor increased his shareholding substantially, as even a move from 50 to 51 is significant in terms of control
