not enough dynamic play in central mid. we were not the better team they had 10 men and won It's Sept and I'm hoping we make the Champions league places for 2007. I know, knee jerk, I'm a f***wit, and so on, but I'm so f***ing depressed. Rafa please take a leaf out of Thommo's book. When Ged was sick, he stuck with the same team until they dropped, and we went on a long, long run of wins and finished 2nd. Please sick with the one team, and hand out the Viagra to all impotent strikers ....so why did every attack go down the right? Was Kuyt, Gerrard, Bellamy, Crouch, Alonso, Sissoko any better? A big fat NO, imo.

it's easy playing against us. let us have the ball. have some urgency and put bods in defence. Plan 1: attack our left side. score if that fails.. Plan 2: put pressure on Reina score Hats off to David Moyes. He got his tactics 100% right. Slag him off. Slag Cahill off, blah, blah, blah. They wanted it more, and won 3-0. Don't kid yourselves that we were the better side. We have spent a lot of transfer money on Bellamy, Agger, Kuyt, Gonzalez, Pennant and not one of them started the game. The only one to start was the freebie, and only because Riise was not fit. This game was obviously given a lower priority than the next 2, and we lost. Read the script. If only I was literally pissed....

It's interesting analysing Harry's contributions to our game. Many look at assists and goals, and have slammed Harry for his "poor statistics". My view is that Harry's big plus last season was his contribution to our "flowing movements". He's great on the ball. Our finishing was poor last season. It was this lack of flowing movement, emanating from our midfield, which stiffled our strikers against Sheffield U on the weekend. I, for one, am looking forward to Harry's fully fit return.
