Yes, Qatar being a small country spiel which the media put out has worked out for the better for football fans. People have been able to attend 2 to 3 games in a day. So your average fan gets to see a lot more football.

Wasn't sure if I wanted to attend any of round 16 matches.. but Morocco, Japan and South Korea matches are intriguing...

Stadium is a sea of yellow. People seem to be enjoying it, good atmosphere. This definitely seems a more inclusive world cup to me.

Not that I know of..... But why would they? He looks after his people. E.g. they don't have to work, they are given generous allowances. Land is given to newly married couples to build a home to name a few.

Left the UK to work in Qatar nearly 4 years ago.... Definitely not an oppressive regime the people love and respect their king.
