If Palace won't sell at that price we are quite happy to sign him next Summer on a free because Liverpool claim Leoni is an “elite” player who can deputise for Konate during this campaign if required. If we look like losing Konate on a free next summer then it makes sense to sign a replacement at the same time for the same zero sum.

Frederico Chiesa is clearly Player of the Season potential and worth every penny of his weekly wedge. Carried on from his Carabou Cup Final performance with another epic cameo again tonight. Played less than 10 minutes in both matches yet scored in each, imagine what he could achieve if he started. Some may not entirely agree with my view but, as Flasher points out, Chiesa definitely has the best song. For that reason alone he should play more often.

I've been a Sky subscriber since 2018. It was about £70/month when I joined which regularly increased after 2 years. I've been told Virgin will charge lower fee for 2 years, then it too will escalate. I'm not a dodgy box lover, the streams are so erratic. The best link I came across was Oojason on this forum, remember him? So many choices, you were bound to find one that worked. It was a sad day for black market free enterprise when he buggered off. I've just googled Sky subscription reductions. The advice is to ring them, plead customer loyalty and threaten to leave when your current contract expires. Leaving when the football season ends and re joining when it reopens doesn't work it appears. The rule of thumb is, the longer you are a customer the higher your annual fee, no matter which provider you choose.

Not all, just the free channels. My broadband is with BT, which they rang me today as it happens telling me that my monthly fee is being reduced from £41 to £31. Do you think I'm being overcharged? Please don't advocate a dodgy box, the buffering drives me nuts.

That's a good price. I pay £110 in the UK for Sky Sports, BT Sports and Netflix.
