    I was thinking about the Golden Boot today also: with our lack of forwards, Gerrard should get a lot of opportunity to do something he is very good at... I wonder what the odds are now?

    He's not as quick as Larsson... Whatever happens, their game must change with him on the pitch. T'will also be interesting to see if they've actually bought him as a forward - his last season or so at Chelsea has seen him playing midfield roles. I'm not so sure you can't re-convert a player at this stage in his career.
