I heard a great story about Murdo McLeod when he played for Celtic against Rangers. It was his first Old Firm Derby and he was getting quite upset with the stick he was getting. Paul McStay pulled him to one side at half time 'Don't worry son, it's always like this against the hun, take no notice.'
