I wouldn't disagree with that and my choice of words probably wasn't the best to describe what I'm on about. I do feel, however, that we play much better offensively and look much more dangerous when Garcia is in the team. Whether it's from direct actions like scoring or setting one up, or indirectly with his runs and movement, I think he contributes as much as anyone in the attacking positions.

I won't deny that's there's been times when I want to strangle him, but I think his giving away of the ball is overplayed a bit. SG does it just as much. LG's problem is that sometimes he'll do it with an outrageous flick so it really sticks out more than a misplaced pass. Garcia is arguably the most creative player in the team and certainly the most unpredictable. I'd have him in the team more often than not. I think we play better offensively with him in there - even when he's not firing on all cylinders.

We're at our most dangerous with Luis and Crouch on the park.

Looked a very good player in the WC. Too much political baggage surrounding him though, and as Herbie pointed out, it's not even an option under the rules.

It's neither here nor there whether they did or didn't win it. Did you watch them play? They were like a clone of the Arsenal first team. Tremendous passing and movement. They were shown quite a bit on Sky and I made a point of watching them. They p*ssed on a full strength Everton side, among others. The set up for young players at Arsenal is excellent - whether the come through the ranks or Wenger buys them at 16, 17 or 20 is irrelevant. We're a fair bit behind them on this issue - us getting to the final 2 years ago doesn't prove otherwise in my opinion.

He's alright, nothing special. If he was coming in on the cheap, I'd be happy enough with him as cover, but Fat Head will want £4/5m for him, so he can f*ck right off.

There's more than one way to skin a cat. Obviously I'm jealous of Wenger's set up at the a*** (their U21 Carling Cup teams have been sensational to watch the last two seasons), but he's been there almost 10 years. It's not something that can be turned around in two years.
