I disagree with that article, I don't think he does switch formations like Strachan makes out at all. He just switches players. And besides there is far more to 'tactics' than just formations. Mourinho has one very, very, very good system which works for him most of the time. I just don't think he's really capable of changing that around. I'm sure has probably experimented with other systems but it is revealing that when he back is against the wall he reverts to the Big Sam-esque tactic of putting an extra big man up front and hoofing it. That's a sign of a lack of ideas.
