The whole El Judas affair has made me look at players in a different light, some definitely appear to "get us" but there all footballers at the end of the day. He may go, I expect our finish to the season will make a huge difference to his perception of our ability to compete. But if he does go and does it the right way then so be it. Though saying that, his reaction to the goal or at the end of the game (v the chavs) with Kenny (i am not sure when it was exactly) was pretty full on! He looked quite happy to me

TBH i dont think Pepe is going anywhere, its a story people are finding easy to believe and take in because of the El Judas situation. Looks to me like it was lost in translation, as can be at times with the spanish language no?

Agree, its just the Hodgson press club trying to find a positive about his tenure...he was the future england manager for all of them. There is no chance Raul was a Roy player, much like Suarrez was initially scouted under Rafa I am sure Raul was the same and lined up as replacement for Masch. The fact that he didnt know where to play him said it all

Torres was poor today, probably due to a number of factors. But he is a great player, technically good and makes very intelligent runs (when he feels like it!) - today is a the first game in a new system/team (I use that term lightly with the chavs). But he will score and as for anyone doubting his technical ability thats just b****x, some of the goals he scored for us were nothing short of amazing.

I thought he had a couple of poor moments in the first half, but was immense in the 2nd - some of his interceptions on the edge of the box were great and brought the ball out well on a number of occasions. Well played and I had him as MOM
