Selling Suarez..... Come on, he is not the problem. As others have said its about how were utilising him, not only that but if he was surrounded by players with better movement (much like towards the end of last season when we had Maxi, Raul and Kuyt buzzing around him) he would be scoring alot more. Plus he is the kind of player that makes things happen, just him being there means he pulls away defenders and creates space for others...well he would do if we actually had players trying to get into the box. How many times do you see our midfielders (with the exception of Gerrard) making runs into the box...our strikers are getting limited service and are having to do much to create or make chances out of nothing.

Lucas and Javi Martinez would be absolutely boss in CM, I very much doubt it will happen though.

I dont think he would have wasted him tbh, he liked technical players and though I cant remember the year he was lined up - but I am sure he would have floated in a Yossi type role.

Yep, not that he is a great player by any standards but didnt Lass Diara go on loan? He would have provided some cover at least, a short term fix.

TBH Kennys weird use of him over the last few games has me a bit perplexed, I know he has been poor but he was showing "some" positive (though I think we have lowered our standards due to just how bad he has been) signs, and he appeared to be linking quite well with Suarez. Personally I think its because they have decided to move him on, but still we should be making use of him (obviously not to the detriment of the team) and he is not going do much if anything in 2 or 20 mins....it takes him about 5 mins just to be able to run about a bit!

Genuine question, what would you think if we lost to Everton and get knocked out of the cup by Stoke? TBH i think we will be up for Everton, probably get a result but its hard to know which Liverpool is going to turn up atm...we were really unlucky against Arsenal, shockingly bad today but tbh its teams like Sunderland that need to be our bread and butter in the league (I am not saying that there an easy side to beat). You can afford bad results against the "top" sides if your taking points consistantly from the other teams, said teams are more likely to sit back and invite pressure and we simply dont have the quality to beat them, no spark or creativity in midfield (with the exception of Gerrard and Kuyt as he plays on the right most of the time)...other than that we have no one. Its the reason why Suarez is constantly trying to take on everyone, not enough quality.
