Me too, I have wanted him gone for a while now. We're just delaying the inevitable, and the cost won't only be CL qualification. There have been so many rumours about fall outs, arguments etc that there's gotta be something to it, he clearly has a way of managing (sorry coaching...) that doesn't quite gel with a number of the squad, especially those with stronger personalities. That takes a while to undo in any situation, but moreso in a club environment. It feels like he's (in combination with Hughes and co) chipping away at everything that Klopp built.

Slots attacking tactical setup seems to be to get the ball wide and hope someone produces a moment of magic. We have been seeing it for months, it's hard to see patterns of play or movement, it just feels so basic. I said it earlier, but after that short period of dominance in the 2nd half loads of ours looked absolutely knackered, the intensity has been allowed to leave this team and it's really sad to see.

His distribution is division 1 level

They're fitter and coached better, the speed and the way they move, so much more incisive than us. For all the dominance and energy we showed at the start of the 2nd half, we didn't create many clear cut chances.

Not sure how playing Macca so far up the pitch actually benefits us? He lacks the engine to press effectively and in times like this when he can't pass either, why is he on the pitch?

Our setup without the ball is ridiculous, so easy to play through.
