Haha I am, these fugures shocked me a bit, he's a bit good that Mata lad. I reckon Downing would link up great with Stevie, Suarez, Bellers, Lucas, Adam and Maxi, proper footy players, dont think he has had the chance to spend much time with those a lot to be fair to him, I think he'll have a great second half to the season when he settles.

Some interesting figures: Downing 0 goals and 0 assists Mata 4 goals and 9 assists Prem Proven is our Stewy.

We are the better team in almost EVERY game, on top, creating, missing. We need a deadly striker, technical and preferably quick who can finish off all the good work before it, there are a few out there too, our problem is we spent £35m on somene who isn't any of those things at present. I have hope for Carroll for the future, he has got a bit of learning to do, but the tools are there, the problem he isnt there right now and we need someone who is. Whatever you do dont work out all the points we have 'dropped' this season through being on top and not finishing teams off and certainly don't then work out where we'd be if we had said points, painful.

Robbie Keane

Keita has been mentioned, very good player who still gets his fare share of games at Barca even in that midfield, age would be a problem tho, be great on a free. Anelka on a free in Jan would be quite tasty too.

I agree on that part BUT... Think they currently have two players who could make the final cut in a team challenging for the champions league, Sakho and Pastore, so he has one hell of a building job on his hands to get anywhere near those three teams, will be really interesting to see how he gets on with it if he is given the job, love Rafa and will be chuffed if he gets what is one of the top jobs to get

Right then, I reckon we need cover for Lucas, a worldy right mid and worldy striker to complete our squad. Not sure if we'll get all those in Jan mind!

Wouldnt play Kuyt as he is so out of any form it is untrue, would play Hendo as he was quality last game against the Chavs. Mid 3 of Hendo, Speo, Adamo Front three of Maxi - Suarezi - Bellamy Defence and keeper, same again please.

Cant see Agger, Lucas, Kuyt and Henderson all starting mind.

My conly concern with this is Carra and Carroll in the same team as we all know what happens when they are! It looks a strong team whatever, all potential first teamers, should be a great game, hope Bellamy plays if he can under the circumstances.
