He is the perfect player for us, we won't be the only ones after him though. I'd like a Holliett too, options. We only have one natural winger in the squad, those two would be great.

Agree we need all signing all dancing all scoring right forward to replace the position Kuyt has held for the last 5 years. I'm looking at you Eden Hazard, or someone with the same qualities...

It certainly was, as do Barcelona, which is where we copied it from. Change of manager/philosophy etc does changes things.

I pick either Higuin or Cavani, but they aint going to happen so for something in the region of half that I'd happily have Bent right now.

Exactly, someone who can put that round think between them sticks is exactly what we need right now. He is quick as well, which would give us a dimension we dont have at the moment.

Him and Sinclair/Holliett would be a nice window. Think we will be looking at him for the right forward spot, the opposite wing to Bellamy. The position Kuyt used to play basically. Good finisher, quick, good in the air, good be a top buy.

Gotta be Carroll, shirley? I'd play Bellamy as much as physically possible and it's prob my only real criticism of our team selections so far, not sure why he didnt start against Blackburn. I'd go for: Pepe Johnson/Kelly The Slovak Agger Enrique Henderson Adam Maxi Gerrard Bellamy Carroll If Gerrard isnt ready then Downing to hopefully supply the big lad.

Chances yet, clear cut? Not so sure, we haven't missed a load of easy chances, the clearest one in our draws was Johnsons away at Wigan, that was clear cut. I think we need a creator, someone to create these better chances, maybe that Ramirez lad from Bologna and someone to finish them off, who that is however is much more difficult.

Exactly, poor finishing. We don't actually create that many clear cut chances either though. I think ww need a creator and a number 9 to play up there with Luis.

Robben and Messi play(ed) as inverted winger and it didn't hurt them, but that's because they are Robben and Messi. We don't have players anywhere near as talent as this playing in these roles, hence the problem. Downing is a traditional winger, he's no 15 goals+ a season player and it doesn't work.

You can forgive him for a lot of that stuff when he is scoring winners, but when he isnt it's hard to justify a place in the team for him.
