    I'm far from being FSG-out, but my uncultured view is that their main successful approach has been to hire Jürgen Klopp. Different manager, their approach likely wouldn't be successful; same manager, they could choose one of loads of different approaches and still be successful

    This is half the problem, though. Last season was the anomaly, this season is what it normally goes like. This week has been really s***e, but we're still winning the league by 10 points (on the basis that City being inconsistent is cos they're s***e but us being so is just a blip). In fact, it's still in our hands. Last season was never happening again
