Surely it's the same stuff every week?

I'd best start going in the shop more regularly in that case! Been in their once in the past 2 or 3 years and that was only cos a lad of the supporters club wanted a replica 84 cup final top. Absolute s**** in their mostly although there's one or two good things, for example I love the pictures of various moments in our Euro cup run last season, I'll have to buy them and get them framed when I get round to it. I prefer to go the one in town anyway, less hassle with queues etc.

Can the crowd reproduce the type of atmosphere we had at

We apologise for drowning you out as per usual. -
Happy about this. I love Anfield the way it is, aside from the lack of atmosphere for league games but that won't improve in a new ground. Hopefully it won't happen.

Could not believe it. I was front row of the Kop today, 107, Robbie scored and I've never seen anything like the look on his face. He looked f***ing mental, both arms out legging it towards us, we jump out our seats and run over to him going barmy, some lad jumps on my back as robbie is about a foot away with this pshycotic look of joy on his face, then he turns round and we realise it's been ruled out. I walked out the ground feeling like we'd lost, an 89th minute or whatever it was goal being disallowed is bad enough, but robbie, dream 2nd debut goal for him taken away like that is cruel, especially when he wasn't even offisde. What's betting that if it was Lampard who scored that legging it off pointing his finger to the sky like some sort of f***ing priest that it would have been allowed. Thought Fowler had a decent game to be honest.

How much is steve sweating in those pictures? f***ing hell!

So Thommo isn't a Liverpool fan? And Robbie won't be when he retires?
-
I think he likes to play the cool guy a bit too much. He seems to be wanting to be the pundit that's "down with the street" Seems like a decent enough guy though and he always seems to be objective with his opinions.
-
But aren't you a Liverpool fan? Why would you go mad when Barca score?
-
I like Ian Wright. Have to admit it's a little strange to be wearing a Man City jacket for an Arsenal fan but there you are.

That side is full of absolute idiots. Apperently, we are obsessed with them, just a few quotes: "It's a shame the name "IhateLiverpool" is already taken! "Which of you Scousers has stolen the computer you are using to get onto this site then?" "Guys, not just the liverpool fans are scums! the man utd fans too! been hearing most of them were celebrating when we got beaten! "( Clearly this guy has a fantastic ability to use the English language" "So many jealous people with such little brains and time on their hands. Get a life, go nick some hubcaps. lol" "I'm sure they are just jealous of the billions invested in us and that we can buy any player they want just for kicks. Hell I'm sure we could get RB as a youth coach with a big enough contract offer. They are jealous we can buy anything or anyone."(I believe that quote just about sums them up) "I think its just jealousy... we don't even care what they do beacuse their no threat - we are the best"( Funny that because I seem to remember a rather amusing thread on that very site during the European Cup Final) What a bunch of complete imbocils. One of them referred the the league as the "EPL Champions Title" do these f***wits actually know anything about football?

I praised Carra for lobbing the coin at the Arsenal fans, I think it was hillarious. That's not to say that had I been in the away end that day I would have seen it from that side because I can see why you wouldn't, it's not double standards because I can see why it would annoy Arsenal fans but it didn't annoy me because I'm not an Arsenal fan. As for Mourinho, I didn't praise him for what he did, I thought it was funny as did most others. He's a complete c*** but watching the Mancs getting wound up is always funny. In regards to the Mancs match, it's always gonna be a hateful affair and long may it continue. There are actions which clearly surpass what's acceptable in the context of the game and rocking an ambulance clearly falls into that category, although I am sceptical as to whether it was rocked as eye witness accounts seem to state otherwise. The melee of coins getting thrown between fans has been in football since the 70's and admitedly had cooled off a lot recently, I was surprised to see it at the United game as I can't remember the last time I saw fighting inside a football ground, aside from the likes of Millwall, Leeds etc. It's a vicious cirlce because it only takes one t*** to start it and it gets out of control, I'd never start anything like that but if some f***wit Manc lobbed a coin at me I'd lob it back, a couple of hundred or so individuals with that mindset leads up to something which is difficult to control. This fixture seems to be rapidly gathering the hatred which it used to carry when Liverpool or Manchester was literally a warzone for the day of the match. It's worrying to say the least, paticularly as a lot more women and children go the match these days and as we saw at Chelsea they appear to have little protection from the police and end up getting kicked or t****** or whatever. The fact a woman was kicked in the stomach disgusts me and I can't believe it never went through the lads mind that she might have been pregnant, although thankfully I don't think she was.

"This victory also proved that our win over Manchester United was not just a lucky one. But Liverpool were much harder to play against than United." I like that.

It's gonna be carnage next season, at Anfield and Old Trafford. I said a while back that hooliganism is creeping back into the game and events at Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge and Anfield have gone a long way to back that up.
-
It's an improvement but really I just want the Liverbird with LFC underneath it and 5 stars. Like the Istanbul trackie.

Seen a couple before. Not recently though.

To be fair, I never knew what it meant.

Do you mean more goals?

ROONEY: ANFIELD CLASH LIKE A CUP FINAL
Joshytoohotty replied to ricflairandy's topic in Liverpool FC
I was reading an article the other day, apperently he's not won anything since some U13 tournament. How funny it would be if Wigan did them in Cardiff. -
sick if true... but somehow I doubt it is....
