He was standing on the other side of the road just watching all the Liverpool fans with their flags singing and drinking. I walked over to him, shook his hand and go my picture taken with him, which my mate didn?t f***ing save properly!!! Anyway, he asked me?So, are you confident for tonight?? I told him I was convinced we would hammer them, he replies ?Really?? and I said ?Actually no, I?m an eternal pessimist and I think we?ll get knocked out? He said not a chance and something like, This great team is back on top for good, I can?t remember his exact words. But I shook his hand again and then more and more people came up to him and he stayed and talked to them all while smiling at the fans in the Square. Which was nice.
