I agree in that Rafa should probably have gone for a right mid in the summer, as Pennant is no Ronaldo. Just think that he's got way too much criticism compared to everyone else (bar Riise). He has been playing well IMO. Not brilliantly, but well.

Disagree about Pennant. I think he's been playing well since about February until about a month ago and he hasn't played much since. Yesterday I thought we had a lot of players worse than him out there.

I deffo agree that the other "big teams" have more real top class players than we do. We might have more strength in depth though, but at the moment it isn't showing on the pitch due to a number of reasons (injuries, departure of Pako(?), new players bedding in, lack of form of key players).

f*** off! We played alright and had enough chances to win the game. Bad luck and poor form cost us.
