    Ryan Babel

Sign new-born babies (not those whose surname is Palmer)!
  2. Could this be made into a :kaizer: smilie?

That has to be one of the most ridiculous comments I've ever seen here. You are born with touch, ability and technique, and so it can't be coached
  4. It wasn't that long ago when people were posting stats showing that we do better without Gerrard in the side. Sell him to the Mancs!
  5. I agree and said as much when the speculation with Juve was rife. Gerrard, Alonso, Mascherano and Lucas would do for me. I do like Momo though and hope he improves further.
  6. There is no way you could make your (sometimes extremely naive) opinions sound any more obnoxious. See the bits highlighted above for the latest example. I think we really need a smilie for Kaizer.
  7. You are joking, aren't you? Kaizer when you get home tonight, please read this instead of making up more imaginary stats just the once?

    Goals

Riise: 33(29+4) - 1 goal = Riise: 33 shots from own half (+ 29 from the opposing half but further away than 40 yards from goal + 4 inside the penalty box) - 1 goal All in all, a great strike rate. Seriously though with him playing 33 games and having a shot whenever there's half a chance 1 goal is criminally poor from JAR.
  9. Rafa has made Kuyt wear a weight belt for his first year with us. We should see an improvement from Saturday onwards, as the belt will be lifted off him in training on Friday.
  10. Formation time: I reckon Rafa is really bulking up the midfield this year ----------------------------Torres------------------------------ Babel-Lucas-Alonso-Gerrard-Mascherano-Sissoko-Pennant -------------Agger-----------------------Carragher------------ ----------------------------Reina-------------------------------
  11. Kaizer talks absolute horse s**** when it comes to Pennant and Riise and no doubt most of his other ramblings are more of the same. However, on Quaresma I actually agree with him. Quaresma is exactly the type of player that could really light up our attacking play.
  12. In a way I agree and would have liked to see someone like Quaresma or Mancini if I'm completely honest.
  13. Apparently Fulham are in for him.
  14. Colin w***** with more bulls*** 'I hated Rafa Benitez,' insists Neil Warnock Aug 3 2007 Liverpool Daily Post NEIL WARNOCK has revealed how he bet on Liverpool to lose last season's Champion's League final after feeling betrayed by Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez. In his autobiography the former Sheffield United manager criticises Benitez's team selection in Lverpool's 1-0 defeat at Fulham in April - a reault which he cliams cost United their Premier League status. Warnock writes: "As we arrived at Villa Park on the penultimate weekend of the season, I saw the team Benitez had picked for Liverpool's visit to Craven Cottage that afternoon. "Liverpool had beaten Chelsea in the Champions League semi-final the previous Tuesday and I was curious how they would approach the Fulham game. "But I never thought Benitez would stoop as low as he did. He left out nine of his first-team players. Nine. "The Champions League final was still more than two weeks away. I couldn't understand it. "I hadn't even heard of two of the players Benitez picked. Seriously. That showed total contempt for us. "I know he has to look after the interests of his own club. But why rest practically his entire team when the final was still so far away? "He brought them all back a week later for their last game of the season against Charlton, which was a match with nothing riding on it. I hated Benitez when I saw that Liverpool team. I know that sounds horrible but I did hate him." What a f***ing c*** he is.

  16. Blessing in disguise it would be, allowing us to concentrate on the league proper.
  17. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «Ergo Ferguson and Mourinho cannot win the CL since they are too attacking minded in the 2 tied affairs. But if they somehow reached the final they'd walk it against teams like Liverpool? It's amazing how easy and simple football is, isn't it. I hid it in case Ferguson and Mourinho happen to stumble on this site. We wouldn't want them to find out, would we?
  18. Mourinho and Ferguson of course never lost any matches in the CL due to their mentality, so the theory is water-proof. Rafa out, Kaizer in!
  19. So you think Rafa just hasn't realised that we need to win more games away, do you? Yeah, can see him going for draws all season and then waking up one sunny morning in May and falling off the bed out of surprise when he opens the paper and sees the final league table. That Rafa is really a bit simple at times, isn't he Kaizer?
  20. No, no, no you see Kaizer has a very good understanding of the game since he made his debut at 17 and has only gone into management due to injury. He's the Chris Coleman of YNWA, only 77/-,89% better.
  21. Seems I'm in the minority here, but I am absolutely 100% positive that Chelsea and ManU have better players than us. Personally I don't think Benitez is in any way inferior to Mourinho or Ferguson.
  22. I ask again, if Rafa is inferior to Mourinho and Ferguson in the league, then is Gerrard for instance inferior to Lampard 'in terms of the league'? george lees makes good points in his post.
  23. Is Gerrard inferior to Lampard 'in terms of the league'?
