Yea a dislocated shoulder can take months to heal. I reckon Terry and Hazard will both make miraculous recoveries though.

Antoine Greizman at Real Sociedad and Roberto Firmino at Hoffenheim have both been having excellent seasons and will probably be moving on in the summer. There was a story linking us to Firmino the other day.

You could add Henry to that list too who hardly set the league alight during his first season.

Sure there are those who you just look at and know straight away that they've got something special but how many new players are allowed a run of games to find their feet these days? it's like they're written off if they fail to make a real impression in a game or two.

I may have dreamt this but I seem to remember Paisley saying that he was prepared to write off the first season for a new player at the club as he adjusts to his new team mates and surroundings and that it's the second season where they are really judged. Players get so little time these days to make an impression at a new club before being dismissed.

We've got to take heart from that performance given how City have been rolling teams over at home. When I think back to my expectation levels at the start of the season I think we've done extraordinarily well so far. Need to push on now, take something from Chelsea and who knows what may happen.
