I watched the game live on tv here in Argentina, and last weekends game against Arsenal too. He didnt show last weekend, and did little for 80 minutes on Saturday, bar miss a one-on-one with the keeper in the opening minutes. That said, Independiente are pretty poor this season and his service was minimal, something to take into account when he struggles. Then, with less than 10 minutes to go, and as I was about to get up and leave the bar, he runs past 2 defenders and scores. Then minutes later he does it again! The kid is an absolute star here in Argentina - at the age of 18. 22 goals in 50 appearances now for Independiente, and a fair few of those appearances came early on as a sub. When you consider that every time he gets on the ball the opposition try to kick lumps out of him, thats a pretty mean record. Now if only.......
