Begbie

I'd play Rio left, Dom right, with Grav and Mac in the middle Ease Barcola in from the bench, same with Gakpo post injury

I hope ghe starts to play so well that people don't have to come up with loads of reasons to defend him

I would I'd still be expecting us to have an actual right sided player. I don't think this is a controversial position to hold

Still looks like a CB filling in at RB to me, but he's playing well and I'm coming round to the benefits this offers

It's just an early comparison whether our defense looks better with him in it vs Konate, no deeper than that. Answer is yes, let's hope it continues

Very composed, reads the game well. Was watching Konate struggle for Real yesterday, looks like we've ended up in a good place here

There things to improve on, particularly midfield protecting the defence, but a decent win. Wirtz was good, he enjoys playing in Europe and Rio is a top talent. Should have scored more goals

Get in Great hit and class from Rio

Got to score that Brsdley Great break

We've looked a threat in attack, all the attackers have had decent moments and been wasteful. Liked the goal, good press from Kerkez, good numbers in the box and loved the flick from Araujo. Far too easy to get at our defense again though, yet again one pass is enough

Get In! Lots to unpack there

Definitely, Dom just chases the ball and doesn't understand how to hold a position

What was Dom doing for the goal? No protection offered

Sounds too high, definitely putting ourselves under pressure if it's anywhere near that, unless its heavily incentivised

How much are Grav and Dom on? Not seen anything with any numbers

Probably the best result for us but would have preferred a draw. Palmer and Rogers disappointing for Chelsea

I reckon Arsenal will go onto win, strong options off the bench I like what Chelsea are doing re defending corners

Chelsea look so much better than they were last season

Neville should be suspended tor being 'kin stupid

I'd give Rio and Barcola a half each on the left. The other two can sort the right out between them

Yes effective is a good word, he can be rubbish all game then grab an important goal. He's a left wing cutterinner David Platt He's never been a particularly creative passer, no way the passes vs Ipswich are representive of his time here. If he can consistently do that then great, I don't care if it's due to him or how the manager uses him

He's got lot of faults, it's not bizarre that they're being discussed on a forum, particularly given how poor he was last season. Every player gets discussed on here. Hopefully his good start continues

Good games to watch today, I can take something positive from any results. Hope for loads of card/hamstring tweaks/sinkholes etc

He's definitely scored some away goals since he's been here. I just remember the season we won the title he was useless away from home, maybe scored a couple of league goals away and just disappeared. So weird that it's now a thing to say he was great that year...he was deffo better than last season though I agree though, he's decent but not great, hopefully he can kick on from his good start this season

Loved his charge in the first half yesterday. He's not the most cultured dribbler around but he causes defenders to panic
