I bet the West Ham fans are more ecstatic than our fans. Yes we have the better squad, but for them to get 2 world class players like that, completly out of the blue, is a real coup for them. We expect signings of the calibre of Bellamy, Kuyt, Pennant. They're more used to the calibre of Gabbidon, Zamora, Bowyer.

Like I said I think we've probably had the best transfer window out of anyone (except maybe West Ham). I was just expecting another signing yesterday, so it was an anti-climax. Saying that the I am more than happy with the players brought in and in a way it's good we had everyone sown up for a while.

After Kromkamp left yesterday I thought Neil was in the bag. Anyway let's hope finnan stays fit or one of the young lads can make the step up.
