If the medical says he's going to be ready for full training in 2 weeks, for example, then that won't be a deal breaker. Spurs have also been after Chimbonda and could see Kromkamp as a cheaper option. Jol probably knows a lot about him from his time in holland. Thry son't have to be succesfull, just the fact that they are talking it to a civil court, could see other Italian teams banned.

Jimmylibel, apparantly Uefa could suspend all italian teams from their competitions if Juventus appeal their relegation, including banning the Italian national team from the European championships. Now imo this would be a drastic step and unfair on the other teams it is a realistic possibility. Is the final in AEK's Stadium? if so we could do with getting a feel for the place.

Are the Italian teams ikely to get banned if Juventus take the match fixing case to the civil courts. I've heard this mentioned, but just wondered what would happen as I'm assuming the draw will have been made and you can't really go about changing it after that.

and only 18 players what happens if someone gets injured before the match?only 6 substitutes on the bench. I would have thought one or two of reserves would have travelled.
