The Semis are always neutral, its just in recent years they've been doing them at Cardiff/Wembley instead of some bog standard 'other ground' (e.g. Villa Park etc...)

Two words: Mike and Riley. Stood next to this idiot (and Uriah Rennie, and a hell of a lot of the others) Webb was fine. OK he made a few squiffy decisions in the 2nd half but they didn't seem to favour one team or another overall. I thought he was OK.
