looks like I can stream on my laptop, phone or via my dvd player - So I shouldn't lose out! plus Directv plus fios internet is way more expensive than what I have now...

a) how does that help - it just shows that some matches are on sports extra. b) why would I want to switch to Directv when I have verizon fios.

I still haven't worked out how it'll all work. obviously nbc sports and nbc are the main channels but I have no idea what will be shown where and when. NBC sports extra (or something like that) will get games but that's not offered everywhere. I'm with Verizon and with Fios I think the games that aren't on the main channels will be streamed. glad I have a decent connection - the downside is that if I can't get it on tv then I can't record it - wonder if the streams can be replayed later. Its all very confusing. but a nice f*** you to Fox
