It's been true for a long time. Kuyt, Maxi, Meireles, Lucas and Cole are all very good players, but they really lack speed. SiGn SpeEdy plAYerS nOw!!

I think it would be a real coup if we managed to sign Eden Hazard. He seems to be targeted by all the big clubs and he is far more likley to end up at Arsenal, Chelsea och Man U. But who knows? We desperatly need more speed on the wings. Turan or Affelay would be good options as well and would fit NESV "profile".

I'm not sure why Barca would need Torres tbf. They sold Zlatan because he didn't fit in with their playing style and eventhough David Villa can play on the left he is better in the center. They also play in the same slow short-style passing game as Spain, which to me doesn't suit Torres at all. He is good enough to make it work and he will always score goals but he needs to play in a team with a more direct playing style. Like us...

Well it seems certain that we are interested. But if it will happen or not I have no idea. I think he will become a great player. Not only a lot of skill and strength, but he is also a very clever player.

Or Aquaman. I think he would be a good signing, but not in the first 11 this season. Back up to Cole or Gerrard to play behind the striker.
