Gray - YPC Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 I've got a feeling that if we really get at Fulham we can hammer them. They're poor away from home and an early goal would shatter the little confidence they have. Put them under pressure, get the crowd behind the team, and even if we get an early goal keep on going for them. A few goals and a good win would make the world of difference. The confidence would come back, and I'm sure the goals can start flowing again. So.... attack, attack, attack, attack, attackattack, attack, attack, attack, attackattack, attack, attack, attack, attack
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 we need to stop our heads going down if we don't score early. Recently we've completely, embarrassingly, dominated games early on, but if a goal doesn't come in the first 30 or so mins, then we lose it & look inept for the rest of the game. Someone, somewhere is gonna get a hiding, if we can get an early goal
Ombudsam Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Knowing us, Fulham will probably score their first away win of the season on Wed! If all is right in the universe though, we should beat them comfortably. Hopefully Rafa will be brave and start with Robbie and order the team to attack to their hearts content. I forsee Robbie getting his first goal for us on his return, which should start a little scoring spree for him. What do you mean by that? We're not an unlucky club/side
sutty Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 There is no chant I hate more than that one Liverpool are white edges it for me.
Will Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Liverpool are white edges it for me. Nah, I am a fecking racialist
abuusayd Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Recipe for disaster= an absent Sissoko and a present Morientes.
Gray - YPC Posted March 13, 2006 Author Posted March 13, 2006 There is no chant I hate more than that one I love that one. Feels like a lucky song with how often (in my head) it feels like we turn things around. A proper war cry!! The only time I don't like it is when it's being used by pricks to have a go at Houllier's/Rafa's/whoever's tactics etc
Clay Davis Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 I'm goin this game and i DO NOT want a repeat of the absolute s*** atmosphere when we played Man City, that really was depressing.

See ya point, against Fulham was where it all started, so could start it again, would be great if it did - a big Fowler hat trick please!.

Someone, somewhere is gonna get a hiding, if we can get an early goal Our defenders, and midfielders are getting tired of creating chances, playing high tempo for entire games, trying to score just 1 goal... Our strikers inability to find the back of the net is leaving the rest of the team exhausted & demoralised. Considering the amount of games we've played this season, tiredness WILL be a factor, in fact it probably is already.

Yep.. same with our lot... and I still had my ticket sat in Matty's front room when he got back, the d****ead!! I can't believe he left my f***ing ticket at home for that!!
