Somewhere freezing

My mrs read somewhere that exposure to minus temperatures helped someone who had M.E.

She thinks I have regressed a bit over the last few weeks (hard to argue otherwise) and thinks a trip to somewhere cold would help. So where is cold, cheap and easy to get to , apart from the freezer section in tescos
