Arteta is a good player and will do well for them given the "better players" he'll be surrounded with, PL experience and the like. A year or two back I'd have been happy to have him come into the Alonso position

Most seem to say 12m

 

It's probably 12m rising to 15m depending on what they do. Since it's LFC->Chelsea they're reporting 12m, had it been the other way they'd report 15m.
