renting in London

Have been looking at renting in London this week and been surprised by the fall in rental prices.

 

That said, advice I've been given is that even on these rates there is defineatly room for negotation on rates.

 

Been looking in the Chiswick area- anyone got any experience/advice in this respect (other than advice like 'don't live in London, its sh*t' ect ect- yes I mean you A@A).
