Two Bed Property Available Bargain Price

I've got a relative who bought a flat 14 months ago, who is in financial difficulty and having to sell.

 

 

2 Bed Flat in a freshly renovated development off South Road in Waterloo. Immaculate condition, free hold they paid £130,000 for it. They are having to sell fast so are going through one of these agencies where they sell it and continue to rent, for £80,000. They won't listen to sense and haven't even looked into any other options like asking estate agents or whatever.

 

If anyone can come up with £87-90k and complete fast I'm sure they would prefer that offer (obviously). They can move out straight off no probs, so the renting thing isn't an essential part of what they are doing.
