some chairmen are really stupid arent they!, Coleman was doing a decent job at fulham with no backing at all, sack him, get someone unproven to replace him and give him money to waste, than sack him !, simmilar story with wigan, charlton, bolton in the last 18 months alone!

Don't see how any of the three you mentioned are similar stories. Each of Wigan, Charlton and Bolton had managers leave of their own accord and only Charlton really backed a successor financially - Dowie.

Sanchez was one of those mangers who thought dressing like a trendy, european would mean he became a better manager.

Never liked him.

John Collins it is then.

curbishly was pushed out of charlton, I am sure he indicated that somewhere. you are right about Bolton and Wigan, but it was clear that both (especially in wigans canse) were the wrong choice from the start.

Hope it is John Collins, he's a bright bloke who has good ideas about the game, will be interesting to see what he does. Suspect there will be half a dozen players coming in to play something a bit away from the direct Sanchez style.

While I'm quite happy about Sanchez getting the boot, you've got to question the thinking behind sacking him today (when they've got a game tomorrow) rather than over last weekend

To be fair, he did sign Shefki Kuqi who is obviously a legend of the modern game.

Never ceases to amaze me the number of managers who are prepared to spend money on bringing him in to the Prem, despite all the evidence of his League One qualities
