What does he bring to the team that Harvey Elliot couldn't have done? We could have spent the money on a proper defensive midfielder, a fast winger and a right back that can last 90 mins in a game. He's been a poor signing so far.

He has to go now. No serious team concedes this many every game. It's not like the opposition are lucky to score one, we are not setup to defend at all.

We'd also would have bought more centre backs if that's the case. I think our main problem is the midfield, it's way too soft. There's not enough workers in it, and we don't have enough depth in there, with Slot reluctant to slip into the youth ranks to fill gaps. The balance is all wrong, Jones and Szoboszlai is not a top 4 double pivot.

I know we've missed a load of chances recently, but the defense has gone to pot. You won't win a league title conceding a goal a game. We look so soft at the back, we are at panic station all the time, which then builds pressure on the attack.

It was like we were playing with 9 men in the second half. We were getting nothing out of Nunez or Salah. Only staying on the pitch on reputation. Sad way to end Klopp's reign.
