Watching the reserves v Newcastle now

Leto is showing some amazing skill. I think he will be some player for us when he gets used to playing PL football and gets some confidence playing there.

our left side is a major wak spot too. but he has looked lost in the first team.

can`t blame him. Can`t really expect a new, young player to carry a team that is underperforming.

So is Kewell playing as a second striker then?

As fat and slow as he is, just scored a good header.

HARRRYYYY LEGEND. 1-0 header from a Leto corner

Let me remind you even Pennant has scored for the reserves.

On a more serious note, how does he look, is he still as fit as he was at the end of last season?

I'm not really watching much, he looks lean enough though.

Did I hear this correctly?

Daniel Pachecho is only five foot two?

A few have compared him to Saviola so he's obviously not to tall, dunno about 5 2 though and nah wasn't listening. I can thankfully blank Fairclough and the other beaut out.

1-1 A f***ING DISGRACE. KILL THEM ALL!!!!

He did say 5 2", I don't believe him though.

Kewell's looked good so far, so has the lad that got their equaliser.

Harry does look fairly trim.

brouwer scoring!!!!!

he is supposed to be realy poor isn't he

tbh it was no more than a tap-in. credit to him for being in the right place at the right time, though. only saw about the last 20 minutes of the match but there was a reference to his work-rate not being that great.

I hope Spearing gets a game versus Cardiff. He can't do much worse than Sissoko. Insua is surely no worse than Riise either.
